We are on the lookout for an exceptional and experienced income tax preparer for our Inner Brisbane based office.

You will be responsible for all aspects of preparing personal income tax returns and meeting with clients both within our Brisbane offices and at client’s preferred meeting points when necessary.

Qualifications & experience

• We expect that the applicant holds at least 5 years experience preparing personal income tax returns
• Be friendly with exceptional communication skills
• Be able to work by themselves (but know that they have the backup of fully qualified Chartered Accountants)
• Be willing to grow and continually learn

Tasks & responsibilities

• We offer a full time position undertaking income tax return preparation from client supplied data
• You will be responsible for all aspects of income tax return preparation including meetings with clients and communication with the ATO
• Direct supervision and reporting to a partner for the handling of client work flow
• Control of monthly and quarterly tasks to meet client ATO deadlines and schedules as set by our firm
